Varenyam: Means "adorable" or "worthy of worship", indicating that we should meditate upon and worship that divine essence.


Bhargo: Refers to the divine radiance or aura, which removes all ignorance and darkness.


Devasya: Refers to the divine essence or consciousness.


Dhimahi: Means "we meditate upon", indicating that we should contemplate and focus our minds on that divine essence.


Dhiyo yo nah prachodayat: Means "may that divine essence inspire and guide our intellect and consciousness".
